About this pop-up
The best thing you can do with your lunch break? Forty-five minutes of Latin rhythms and pop in the heart of the city: salsa, merengue, cumbia, bachata, with a little queer joy on top. No spreadsheets, no meetings, just you and the beat.
We use simple, repeatable choreography set to music that makes you forget you're exercising. No dance experience needed. Miss a move? We don't stop, we keep stepping. Then you towel off, grab your lunch, and head back to your desk feeling like a different person.
It's a pop-up to start, five Mondays through August while we test the lunchtime slot. Come along, bring a workmate, and if there's the appetite we'll make it a regular fixture. Open to everyone, and your first class is half price.
